Etimología

Del inglés medio disagre ("negarse a aceptar"),[1] del francés antiguo disagreer, disagrer, desagreer ("rechazar el consentimiento"), de desagreer, desagrëer ("ser desagradable; ser antipático") (francés moderno désagréer ('desagradar'));[2] la palabra inglesa es analizable como dis- + agree.
